Exercising not only keeps your general health up, but it will also prevent you from getting sick. The flu and other winter colds absolutely hate infecting bodies that are healthy and strong. Exercise will keep your heart rate elevated and your body function properly. If your body is happy and healthy, it is more likely to be able to fight off any disease, infection, or virus that attacks it.

Multi-vitamins containing a full range of vitamins that your body needs is a great way to jump start your general health. Be careful though, some vitamins cannot be soaked up into your system as quickly as others.
